Free wifi and tv made my stay enjoyable. No pets allowed was a plus.

the location was particularly good, within walking distance of all the attractions with easy access to a shopping street and a supermarket. had brunch in the il vivandiere, located nearby.

Very clean hotel, and the price was well worth the suite! It's a 10-15 minute walk to most of the sites and in a very classy old building, with elevator access for those that don't like stairs. Located directly across from a park for short morning strolls, and the staff was very very nice and helpful.
The neighborhood itself is a bit rough.

The cleaning was consistent and made me feel comfortable.
The noise level was quite disruptive. Unfortunately, I had to reconcile with the fact that I booked in such a loud area without understanding how impactful it would be.

Good location just besides the Piazza Del Duomo
You'll have a problem, if you're with a car, so for travellers with car I would recommend somthing over the river...

Charming room, but over all the EXCELLENT location: our room has a full view of the Duomo, was incredible.
Poor WiFi in the room: better spend your time enjoying the fantastic view! The elevator was not working, looking other travelers comments it happens often.

Solo traveler's dream stay!
I had an amazing view of the Duomo if I leaned out of my window slightly. The lady who runs the place was so cute and took the time to show me many places on the map.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for the experience.

Location, price and kindness of hotel staff
The bathroom was really basic and very aged. Breakfast was really minimal.

The location stood out, just a five-minute walk from the Duomo. The room offered a charming view that transformed from day to night, really adding to the experience. I appreciated the attention to detail, with stylish decor and small personal touches throughout. Luisa, the owner, greeted me warmly, was helpful, and seemed genuinely invested in making my stay pleasant. She even helped navigate local attractions. The complimentary breakfast at nearby cafes was good, with fresh pastries and delicious coffee. The shower in my room had some drainage issues briefly, but the staff addressed it quickly. Air conditioning struggled a bit in the heat, which could be tough during hot days. Room size was compact, but I found it manageable. Next time, I might opt for a room with a larger space.

I was contacted prior to my arrival to make sure I could get into the building etc. The lady who greeted me was very nice. The room was clean and quiet. A light bulb had gone and the lady fixed it straight away. The location is fantastic.
There was a fan rather than AC and so it was very hot in June.

We had a quite comfortable time. Comfortable hotel, we loved its very central location really close to Florence, and the historical center. The venue staff were very-very nice. The service was good! Early check-in was a bonus.

The cozy room offered a fine view of the iconic landmark. Breakfast at nearby cafes was a highlight, with fresh pastries that energized the day. The air conditioning struggled in the heat, and the room was on the smaller side. While the atmosphere was cute, these factors slightly hindered the overall experience.

Location amazing, room was clean. Everything else was shameful. Spent one night here in the month of july,it was unbearably hot with no airconditioning, only a small fan is available by the desk. No water was provided or available to buy at the residence or near by during the night. The combination of the heat and lack of water made my boyfriend feel ill of dehydration and ruined our following morning. The breakfast is pitiful. One 30ml juice, one muffin and some hard bread each. Beware of leaving your bags at reception after checking out! When we went back to collect our bags just after an hour no one was at reception which ment we couldnt get into the building to get our bags, and they wouldnt answer theirphone either. We were lucky that the people staying in our room next were arriving and had the code to get in, if not we would have lost our train and possibly the flight too.

Very good for the price.Noisy, due to the location very central, within 100mtrs of the Duomo (the bells, the bells), earplugs a must,no air con.but you get used to the heat.Friendly staff.and good online communication.will use again for short stay, while visiting the Moto gp
